My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities, but as a family with a toddler, the split-level layout with a sunken bath was not ideal. The service was exceptional, with staff like Jasur and Sabina providing world-class customer care that made our holiday truly unforgettable. The location was stunning, surrounded by green hills and overlooking the turquoise sea, although getting to the city of Kemer required a hike. The dining experience, while generally good, could be slow at times, and the drinks weren't always spot on. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
